We can help with our personal home search. A service usually associated with the very upper end of the property market our aim is to give all clients, whatever their budget, the very best chance of securing the property of their choice at the right price.
As an established and well respected firm of Estate Agents we have an extensive knowledge of the market place and, most importantly, strong contacts within the industry which we use to actively source properties we believe match your needs - including those that have not yet gone onto the market. We can then advise you on the level of offer to make, the timing of that offer and the best strategy to ensure exclusivity. Our assistance and advice will then continue through to completion.
Absolutely nothing unless we are successful and you purchase a property that we have secured for you. Our fee of 1% of the purchase price plus VAT would then apply and is payable upon completion.
You would simply purchase in the usual way with no search fees payable.
